The Diamag is a high-end pulsed EMF device designed especially for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).  According to the manufacturer, this model uses pulsed EMF for conditions related to the head region:

• Relieves pain in patients with migraine headaches
• Effective in the acute and subacute period of stroke (CVA)

The emitters are placed around the head.  Treatment should be done while in a relaxed, seated position.
