Inversion Table for Stretching Spine

This table uses gravity to stretch your spine.  It rests in an upright slightly inclined angle so that you can stand against it and strap your ankles secure at the bottom.  As you slowly lift both arms upward, it changes your center of gravity, and the table begins to tilt backwards like a seesaw, bringing you to horizontal, then slowly inverted (head facing downwards).  You control the speed of the inversion angle by the speed at which you raise your arms upwards.  Lowering your arms will reduce the incline angle and bring you back to the upright position.

Great for stretching your spine.  Gently twist your torso while in the fully inverted position to enhance the stretch by grasping one side of the table and pulling.  Hold in the twisted position for a few seconds, then switch sides.

Not recommended for those who have vertigo or dizziness, or circulatory problems.
